Shipping + Returns
We know waiting for your order is the hardest part! All orders placed before 3pm EST will process and ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm EST will begin processing the next business day, including orders placed with expedited shipping.
We offer free ground shipping for all orders placed in the U.S. If you would like to receive your order more quickly we also offer expedited shipping options. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

- 2 Day Shipping – $20
- Same day delivery within Manhattan - $30
- All international orders will ship via DHL Express.
- Estimated delivery window is 2-4 days after shipment is processed.
- Duties and taxes are not included at checkout. Additional fees may have to be paid to accept your order based on the laws and customs of the destination country.
- Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to receive an estimate of the taxes and duties for your order.
We hope you love your purchase. However, our customer care team is happy to help you make a return.
- We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
- We accept merchandise that is in unworn condition with original tags attached for a full refund.
- Items purchased at full-price or up to 30% off original price are eligible for exchange or return.
- Sale items discounted above 30%, including items bought with a discount or promotion code are final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Sale items that are returned to our warehouse will not be refunded or shipped back.
- Your refund will be credited to the same credit card or payment method you used to make the purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We provide pre-paid return shipping labels. For this convenience, a $6.00 fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Items purchased at a department store or any other store selling Cynthia Rowley cannot be returned to cynthiarowley.com. We do not have access to this product information or have any replacement parts.
- Price adjustments- we honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 3 days of the purchase date.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
- Gift items can be returned or exchanged through our returns portal. Order number, zip code, and name from original shipping label will be required to start the return or exchange process.
- We are not responsible for lost, held, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. Customers are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier in the event of lost, held, stolen, or damaged shipments.

You will be taken to our easy returns portal and will receive your pre-paid shipping label to make an exchange or return with just a few clicks.
Note, only send returns using our pre-paid return label so that we can track your package. A lost return sent by a different method cannot be refunded.
Send an e-mail to email@example.com and include your order # and the items you wish to return. Once your return is approved, our customer care team will send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to print and send back your item(s). Return shipping costs for international orders will be deducted from your refunded amount.
