We know waiting for your order is the hardest part! All orders placed before 3pm EST will process and ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm EST will begin processing the next business day.


We offer free UPS ground shipping for all orders placed in the U.S. If you would like to receive your order more quickly we also offer expedited shipping options.

  • 3 Day Select – $10
  • 2nd Day Air – $20
  • Same day delivery within Manhattan - $30


  • All international orders will ship via DHL Express for a flat rate of $40.
  • Estimated delivery window is 2-4 days after shipment is processed.
  • Duties and taxes are not included at checkout. Additional fees may be billed when you accept your package, based on the laws and customs of the destination country.

We hope you love your purchase. However, our customer care team is happy to help you make a return.

  • We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
  • We accept merchandise that is in unworn condition with original tags attached for a full refund.
  • Items purchased at full-price are eligible for return or exchange. Sale or discounted items are final sale and will not be shipped back if returned to our warehouse.
  • Gift items can be returned or exchanged through our returns portal. Order number, zip code, and name from original shipping label will be required to start the return or exchange process.

Please note, only send returns using our pre-paid return label so that we can track your package. A lost return sent by a different method cannot be refunded.

We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal. We are also now accepting Venmo as a payment option. To use Venmo as your payment method, make sure web payments are enabled within your Venmo account settings. At checkout, select "PayPal" as your payment option. You will then be able to choose Venmo as your preferred method.


Giving a gift? We’ll help you make it extra special. Gift items are carefully wrapped in tissue and come inside a beautiful ‘Cynthia Rowley’ gold-embossed lidded box. To top it off, the box is tied with our signature ribbon knotted in a bow.

  • Gift-wrapping is available for individual items on your order for $10 per item.
  • Gift items will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Unfortunately we cannot bundle items or ship to multiple addresses at this time ☹️
